First,with another usb stick with EfiBootx64 which shared by you.It didn't work
Second;i changed efibootx64 file in clover,which shared by you.It didn't work
Same error;setup_var is not recognized as an internal or external command,oparable program,or script file

1. Insert two usb sticks.
2. But from the usb stick with Clover.
3. In Clover's menu choose the usb stick with BOOTX64.EFI(!) and press enter.

But there is not a menu like that
When i choose boot clover option its gets stuck,just a commandline prompter is blinking.

On your screenshot I see only one usb stick with Clover and your HDD (with linux).
Where is second usb stick with BOOTX64.EFI?

It s attached to one of other usb ports in whole the process,with Bootx64.efi in itÂ
But it says boot clover to clover
