You need other functioning motherboard with
same type of BIOS chip: PLCC32
And AMI BIOS.

Other solution - other old CPU for LGA775.
GA-EG31MF-S2 has different type of BIOS chip: SOP8 (soldered).
You can try if you have a floppy drive.
How about flash drive? What name should I give the rom?
