Sounds good.  So I updated everything from windows update, it did push a newer ME driver but still would error on the tool.  I tried a very old Asus AMD 5770 GPU and it actually boots into Windows with that installed... lol.
Try to flash my new mod by FPT.
Power off system and disconnect power cord for minute.
Try to boot in Windows. It may take some time.
Then run MEInfo.

Just coming back to this, I flashed it successfully with FPT.  Waited and reboot, no video output via on-board HDMI.  Should I install the dGPU card?

Not sure if it even is POST, the system is powered I can hear drives spin up/fans/etc. but power LED is not illuminated anymore and don't hear the "single beep".
So new mod is useless.
