Okay i make ist ready with "HP_USB_Disk_Storage_Format_Tool v2.2.3" and cpoy the Data in the stick.
Then I get this:

2 Yellow lines:
PDR Region does not Exist.
GBE Region does not exist.

And The Red Lines are:
Error 28: Protected Range Registers are currently set by BIOS, preventing flash access.
Please contact the target system BIOS vendor for an option to disable Protected Range Registers.

Anti-Theft is Disabled.

EDIT:
Okay Flash is not Working.
But: I installed Windows 8.1 and it is now Working =)
By the Start it´s a Blink of Bios Error "Unkmow Wireless Card and shut down to remove...."
Windows 7 made Trouble.

I have a Lenovo IdeaPad U510 with Bios 6FCN29WW(V1.05) adn I would remove the Whitelist check . . .

Going from Realtek WiFi Wireless Card 2230BNHU 04W3765 to a Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3160 3160HMW Bluetooth 4.0 Wifi card
