Hi sir, i need the same help (ideapad gaming 3 15imh05 - 81Y4 - i7-10750h)
want to unlock bios variables like change default gpu from internal to external and maybe just unlock any locked functions
what I need to do? Tried to do dump of bios via fpt 9.1.10.1000 but got this message;
Error 201: [FPTw64.exe] cannot be run on the current platform.
Please contact your vendor.

Yello, im trying to make my ideapad gaming 3 15imh05 not black screen on bootup when egpu is connected to m.2 port, prefferably with dgpu still running. If that isnt possible, being able to disable dgpu in bios should work.
Suffice to say, both of those require bios modification to work, as i have tried just about every other option, lenovo has this one locked up tight. ( Tried linux, virtual machine, nando's egpu setup 1.35, using efi to change hidden bios options, nothing gets me to a good point to work with)
I have my rom dump from Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit (if that will work), can send it tomorrow.
