Sorry so late with the reply. I don't come around here much anymore. I extracted v1.0.10 from the flash utility .exe on the Dell website for you.

Good luck!

So I recently acquired one of these Dell Inspiron 530. It has the g33m02. Im confused infact I couldn't figure out if there is a safe bios mod for this computer. I'd like to run 8g of ram and quad core on this thing.
I am looking for a BIOS mod for the 530S w/ g33m02 mobo. I want to upgrade my old 530s with a QX9650 cpu and 4x2GB of PC2-8500 RAM?

I also have an old EVGA GTX 650 laying around that I would like to try in it too, but I don't know if the modded BIOS can help with that, saw something that the g33m02 can't handle anything above the GTX 570?

I currently have Windows 10 installed on a Seagate HDD but might dup it to a Samsung QVO SSD if this BIOS thing pans out.

I looked everywhere on the internet for upgrading this 530S for ages and noticed the OP is quite old, I hope I can get help.

For power, I have found a 500w tfx psu that was made for a HP but I can't see why it wouldn't work for my Dell.
I guess I'll just see for myself....does anyone have the file, the download link doesn't work anymore.

g33m02 chipset does not support quad core except q6xxx

g33m02 does NOT SUPPORT QUAD CORES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I run GTX 1050 ti on G33M03 on Inspiron 545, it works fine, I also run GTX 1070 on Dell Optiplex 755, runs fine.

Isn't the hacked BIOS suppose to fix that?

That's why I'm here  Angry

OP stated that both boards are identical but differ in the BIOS, one corks the settings to only allow 4GB of RAM and a Core 2 Duo only. The hacked BIOS was made to work around these limitations.
Does anyone still have the BIOS executable for Xeon E5450 processor? (My computer: 0RY007, Inspiron 530, G33M02)

That mobo doesn't support quad cores so it wouldn't work.
