Hi, so i went for a replacement of motherboard and everything works fine now. Noticed one change @ the motherboard. When opening up cpu-z, at Mainboard tab, you will see Southbridge: Intel , HM65 , Rev.B2. Previously, it was Southbridge: Intel , HM65 , Rev.05.

Have you tried enabling Intel XMP?
