I also have the Acer Aspire 5749z. Is it realistic to unlock hidden options in the BIOS to increase the video memory (standart 128 mb) from RAM (I have 4 Gb Ram)??

Ivanmazepa you are wrong adding more ram wont increase fps nor vram you have to manually allocate more ram to your integrated gpu and that will probably increase your fps in games I currently have 8 laptops and two of them are from acer butbone was old and another was a new acer aspire laptop the old one had access to vram option and the new aspire had not it was default set to 128 mb and I had 4 gb ram(3.82 gb usable ) and I just tested if integrated vram was allocated from ram and I just minused 128 mb (my vram) from 4096 mb(4gb my ram) and the resutls were 3.82 gb so this shows that it is allocated from ram then I unlocked my bios and then I get the vram optioned so try this http://www.mediafire.com/?7l740r7ghpgl1pm I replaced your security tab with advanced tab and please post results

please post a screenshot of your bios I need to see which one is the vram option there will be an option pre allocated dvmt it is the vram option

Yes you have the option for increasing vram go to video configuration in advanced tab
