Got it working but doesnt seem to want to actually overclock. CPUIZ reports stock
Well now after a day for some reason my CPU will go full throttle as will my video card. It still isnt reporting to CPU-Z. And it wont take the ABIT bios flash.

Any ideas?
Can anyone tell me what the PID/VID of the infrared controller is?. Thx
Hello to all concerned in this thread..

I am very new to bios flashing and I am having a very hard time getting my pc to take a flash..

the system mobo as reported by cpu-z and the current bios:

Acer
EM61SM/EM61PM
NIVIDIA MCP61 REV. A3
NIVIDIA MCP61 REV. A2
ITE
PHOENIX TECHNOLOGIES LTD.
R01-B3

I have already read this thread 4-5 times or more trying to get what is needed to update to an overclockable bios..
winphlash returns error -161 and "run as admin" does not fix it...
attempts at making a bootable usb always show "no bootable drive found"
at a lose...
can some one please do 1 post with exact steps for a flash newbie? thanks in advance
Hello,

I have a T180 and I'm trying to add a second floppy drive to it, Is there a rom that enables the B: for this machine?

If you have an unused USB 2.0 connector on the MoBo and an unused Molex connector, it might work better with a USB adapter like this one and a USB 2.0 cable with the MoBo connector on one end, however I can't be sure because I don't have a floppy drive to test it with.
Hope it works Smile
