Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

The bios .bin file is it or it can be removed the whitelist wifi?
i hope not the same as the .exe file or .bat because my battery was damage needed to replace it but cannot afford to replace it for now and also already did some command like /forceit command via CMD via windows still no luck.
