I checked you Bios Backups and are all Patched !
But It's not a problem for me You get an issue as You lost your DMI Data and
Win License and Warranty as your MoBo has a Serial on HW and Bios has different one !
If You need to recover all then Let me know and upload your Original Bios Backup !

Thank you, I obviously overwrote the original bios backups I uploaded with a backup of the patched bios, by mistake.

Of Note,  I had  updated an older original bios with the bios updater(InsydeFlash) from Lenovo website, but I do not know if it created a backup anywhere. I did this way before applying the patched bios.

Is there anyway to recover the lost information without original bios backup?

Yes You have to prepare a text file and wrote all laptop informations . . .
Take from labels under bottom's laptop etc these and copy into file !
Make a Bios Menu Tab Information screenshot and AIDA64 (cracked
version to get FULL REPORT) and make a Full Report then upload all
on Rghost or Sendspace Servers and post the link here !

Attached is a hex comparison of the bios I flashed from post #286(salnikov) and what  I believe is the original bios backup in the above link.

I do not have the patches.txt file to check with uefipatch.exe to see if this is the original or the patched bios I flashed.

Your help is appreciated.  If it is not the original I would like to send you the information you requested from AIDA64, bios menu, laptop info.

Comparing the Serial present into Bios Hex the new one has CB18033746 and
the older one is CB18218257 which one is your laptop serial (look on label under
bottom) ?
