i would like some help on removing the wifi whitelist & battery ( i hear some people talking about battery whitelist)

I'd like to install a new wifi card but need my bios to be unlocked.
Please could somebody do this for me?

I made a backup of my bios file.
It is for a Lenovo G780 laptop.
