Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Hi guys i know that is practically impossible but i will ask anyway. i have one Acer Aspire E5-571g, with one i3-4005U, in full load it reach 52ºC.

I want to know if its possible to overclock this cpu (i thinks is impossible, but you guys are the master so...), in gamming it dont matter overclock the gpu (840m) with this cpu, he is just to weak, and is not possible to upgrade either.

I want to unlock the bios, but I just formated the PC so I cant run those tools, is there any way to do it via USB?

I would like to unlock basically everything that CAN be unlocked, but I am mainly going for the advanced tab?!
