I'm aware that my E535 does not have the Version HHET91WW, but I hope this fix is possible for my version too?

thanks for the response.

As far as I understand I have already installed the most current version. Correct me if I am wrong, but there are two branches of BIOS versions for the E535. Regarding to the manual (https://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc...uj06ww.txt) 1.19 and 2.52 are the most current version, depending on the hardware?

I just did a BIOS Update to 2.52 HHET92WW because I forgot about the whitelist

Please remove whitelist and add advanced options:
Bios Backup (made with "universal bios backup toolkit 2.0.exe"):

I just found the modified BIOS 2.51 from 2014 on my desktop PC... searched for days on my thinkpad for it...

1. successfully downgraded unmodified BIOS from 2.52 to unmodified BIOS 2.51 using the hhuj05ww.exe from post 1 in this thread
2. successfully flashed the modified BIOS 2.51 from 2014
3. Thinkpad booting with intel wifi abgn card again
