Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

Thank you! Is this BIOS for the Toshiba L505-GS5035 laptop? I have the L500-1xz, hoping it's compatible with mine.

I've already ordered the 5-540M (SLBPG) processor. If the laptop doesn’t work with this processor, I'll try to update the BIOS (currently on version 1.2).

Yes.

The package with the i5-540M (SLBPG) arrived, I installed it, and everything is working. Oh well, I bought the 560 for nothing . I won't update the BIOS to avoid bricking it. Thanks again for your help!
