You can increase Long Term Time Window to maximum value.

As result we get now:
PL1 - max 6W
PL2 - max 8W
Hmm that didnt do much. Could You help me set tdp to where it was when i posted results in post #40? or do I have to reapply all the settings from the begining?
Go to BIOS and do Load Defaults.
Run
setup_var 0x311 0x0
setup_var 0x322 0x30
setup_var 0x324 0x40
setup_var 0x326 0x80
Reboot and test
BTW:
First command - disable DPTF
Second - set PL1 to 6W
Third - set PL2 to 8W
Fourth - set time for PL2 to 128 seconds
After testing i think ill use settings that we finished at before.
