spsFPT -a 0x3D0000 -l 0x230000 -d dxe.rom
or in Windows:
spsFPTW64 -a 0x3D0000 -l 0x230000 -d dxe.rom

Only works with original processor. 

The ES xeon is stuck on same screen like the one i posted earler.
Please make new dump:
spsFPT -bios -d bios_m.rom
