Here is the ucode
Now flash modded microcode:
spsFPT -a 0x310000 -l 0x80000 -f ucode_m.rom
Reboot and make new dump:
spsFPT -bios -d bios_m2.rom
Then test with old and new CPU.
The bios can run "C0" v1 processor and "ES" v2 processor now.  I don't have any "C0" v2 processor.

It gave a warning  [attachment=18632] but system booted to OS on "ES".   Big Grin

Other observation is motherboard status LED flashing amber which is non-fatal error but I'm not worried.

I attached new dump.

Try to reboot. This warning should appear only at the first start with E5-4600/2600/2400 v2 series.

Make TXT-report of CPU-Z with your ES CPU.
