OK it looks like you have EC version 05 is that correct?

If so update to BIOS 02 first:

hello,

I downloaded the bios for my laptop clevo p170HMx serial NKP170HM0001F00310. all went great it flashed correctly but after it finished, i restarted the laptop and there is no sign of life. all black the only light is the power + orange one for Bluetooth, keyboard not respond, black screen as far and self turn off. as i understand the bios flashing was failed please any idea how to fix it ?

I dont know if i brick the bios or the ec firmware or two

(workaround: special JDEC only version to support 4 DIMMS @ 1866mhz)

The BIOS & EC are not for your model, but the tools can be used, yes.

@Prema, would that bios work for a non-3d notebook?

I flashed a P170HM bios and EC onto my NP8150 and it works, I want to know if your bios will work because it's very impressive.
I would love to have that bios!
