Bios Mods -The Best BIOS Update and Modification Source

BIOS Version: F.27 Rev.A 3.7
BIOS Size: 6.4 mb

Can someone please mod the BIOS so that I can access all the hidden options, power and advanced menu?
my problem is that after turning off the laptop, the usb ports remain with power up
