That Bios Mod has into a instructions.txt file to explain how to flash It :
pdate from pure DOS with USB-bootable stick
See how to make one here:

Copy the "Modified" folder contents into the stick and boot in DOS mode and
Run Flash.bat to update.

BDmaster,I've flashed your moded bios in z580. I connect the exp-gdc to miniPCIE but it did't display any new devices in win8.1.then reboot into eGPU,it did't display any egpu.I'm looking forward to using the external video card correctly.looking for help

so this Remove Whitlist is not useful fot ext_GPU and We have to find where is hidden It !!!
I need the PCI /VEN of this Card to find It and I have to know if there is an error using It e.g. at Boot state or in Windows ?
Without elements I cannot find nothing
