Thanks
for your reply! Here are the dumped files. I did a dump of both the 4mb and 8mb chips first using a Raspberry Pi and then using a CH431A programmer
Please let me know if you need anything else.
Thanks!

Hi
dump is bad
make new dump
Worked perfectly! Thank you so much.
Hello there,
I just bought a used X230 and it occasionally locks up on boot stating the 1802: Unauthorized network card is plugged in.
In Device Manager it says I have a Centrino Advanced-N 6205.
I looked it up and that should be compatible with the X230.
Why is it occasionally working and how do I go about flashing a new PCI_ID that will work?
I read I should use Knoppix, put onto a USB. That's as far as I got.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi
I think you need to remove the whitelist

Well I read I can flash the PCI ID instead, I don't have the tools to do a hardware mod.
So I will go with this route instead. Just looking for some advice here.
