you need SPI-programmer+SOIC8 clip

it asked for a file type i choose bin
1) i thought better set MX25L3205D in programmer-software overwice the genuine soldered MX25L3206E.
*reason of this recomended think is misbihavior during flashing my chip (process was stopped on verifying step and i pressed "end task")
As far as we know (thx lubeats) the both chips flash the same, and my software recognize the MX25L3206E as MX25L3205D.
2) offset in the bios-file that i stored via "fpt -d bios.rom -BIOS" beginning of 30000h, all after that offset contain in the MX25L3206E on board.
*that simply observe in WinHex.
And i successed use circumcised of the patched bios for my MX25L3206E that soldered in laptop.
(linux "diff" command say both files as same(ahead circumcised fpt-dump versus CH341A-dump), if i cut 30000h of fpt-dump)

When using the clip I somehow managed to pop off a resistor on my board and it has to be repaired. Thank you dudu2002 for all your help
