No as your 2nd file x32.bin is bad !
1st fiile is Descriptor + ME Regions ok but 2nd file is not usefull !

I checked and i haven't your Bios Backup so i cannot rebuild your DMI Data !
have You an old Bios Backup ? can You upload It here ?

Ok use this version 94 Patched for eeprom Chip 4096KB :

Then if do You want to update to 95 flash original one and read again the
Eeprom Chip and upload It here and I will patch for You !
