Run RWEverything and go to Access->Command
Type a command:
wrmsr 0x1a0 0x0 0x850081
wrmsr 0x1b1 0x0 0x1
Go to ThrottleStop's folder and delete file ThrottleStop.ini and run ThrottleStop.

Set checkbox Set Multipler, press Turn On and try again with TS Bench

It didnt seem to work.

Press Turn Off.
Run RWEverything again.
Press CPU MSR registers button, press User list button or F5, type f=0x198, press Add, press Done.
Post a screenshot with results.
