ordered amd 5000+ be but i cant go above 13 multi ????? how can i tell if this is a be or not ??? and if it is how can i find multi 13x and up ???? bios ???

also new case by sunbeam but front audio wont work properly music comes through speaker AND headphones and wont popup when plug in headphone s and mic wont work either ????

First off, what bios are you using? Are you using a original BIOS, the unlocked Acer BIOS, or the ABIT BIOS?
As for the front audio problem, it's the new casing's fault. The Acer T180 (as well as all current motherboards) has an HDA-type front panel header, while a number of aftermarket casings are still equipped with the older AC97-type front panel. Using the AC97 panel on the HDA header will result in what you're experiencing right now. Sadly, there is no fix aside from getting an HDA-type panel.
You can try transplanting the front panel from the Acer casing to the new one if you're desperate though.

ok thank you, right bios is from here i believe is abit bios no splash screen but i got fid/vid only up to 13x i also have pinmod from ocinside running at 1.55v for fast speed.lol - i think this is black edirtion - here look here it is:
