Would you be so kind as to modify the attached ASUS BIOS to include SLIC 2.1, thanks.

Many thanks! It seems to work perfectly:

• Update Bios to 1003_SLIC: no problem
  
• ASUS certificate installation: no problem
  
• Windows Activation: no problem
  

In short everything went smooth and fine. The irony is that because I had to change my defective motherboard on my HP desktop, my legitimate Windows 7 would consider itself as not genuine anymore (because of no HP certificate in the SLIC of the new motherboard). Now my HP computer has transformed into an ASUS one, Windows 7 is genuine and everybody is happy It's a wonderful world were you have to hack a computer to use something you've paid for!
