Alienware 15 request Unlock

Hi all! I Need to use my laptop with a external monitori and the lid close..but for Power on the laptop i don't want open lid and press the button...it's possible to unlock WAKE ON LAN or WAKE ON AC?  this is the last BIOS  https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER05862098M/1/AAP10A12.EXE

I have upload a Dump Bios if anyone would help me... if it is not possible to unlock the "wake on lan" or the "wake on ac" it is okay to just unlock all the functions in the bios


i have open a file with amibcp but i'm not sure what i need to edit for unlock all....
