AsRock N68-S3 UCC - FX 6100

Hi. I got such a board along with an Athlon II X2 250 and 1x2GB DDR3. I have a FX 6100 processor and 2x4GB DDR3 that I would like to mount. However, FXs are unsupported on this board. However, a similar (almost identical in appearance) AsRock N68-S3 FX supports them. Now I have a question - is it possible to load BIOS from the board that supports FX or to add microcodes to BIOS of the current board? I tried to install FX but the board does not boot, the fans spin up but there is nothing on the screen. If it is possible to patch the microcodes, I would be very grateful if someone would patch them for me to the latest BIOS P1.60

Adding microcode will not add support for new CPU.
But you can try to replace BIOS chip and flash BIOS from AsRock N68-S3 FX.
