Asrock H81M-HDS REV2.0 Bios flash with CH341A

Hi everyone,
I have an Asrock h81m-hds rev.2.0 motherboard with bios problems (black screen and no beeps).
I read the bios of an identical motherboard via ch341a and flashed the bin file on my chip. Now the motherboard boots but remains stuck on the home screen and I can't proceed or enter the bios.
I changed chip but I always have the same problem. I tried to insert the flashed chip into the second motherboard (the working one) and the board starts without problems. I can't understand what I'm doing wrong.
Unfortunately I don't have a backup file of the initial bios.
