I`ve read in another Website where someone else has the M3A78-EM Board. They had a modded Bios also, and Didn`t have Success either, after a few attempts..So maybe there`s some info that hasn`t hit the information Hi-Way yet. But,, You Know what they Say? The Third time is the Charm. LoL ..Have a good evening everybody. Will post back here again in the Morning.

Thanks for your time and patience, but still no SLIC tab in RW everything, still not working with Win7
I'm sure there's plenty of others with similar AMI BIOS'es that don't work right, and eventually someone will figure it out.
Funny thing is, somehow there were SLIC 2.0 mods that worked just fine for Vista. I thought this would be no harder But that was using older versions of the BIOS. I might give that a try tomorrow.

I also had the following thoughts a minute ago :-
Dont go from software - Install win 7 , try the certificate and key , then see what happens.
Remember , Windows 7 isnt officialy out yet , so Everest / RW everything software etc may not be designed to support SLIC 2.1 yet

I'll have a look at older BIOS versions tomorrow (those that were successfully modified for SLIC 2.0). The SLIC 2.1 seems to differ very little anyways. I'm thinking the problem isn't with that but the newer version of the BIOS.

Sorry Mate
And yes , go for an award bios next time! or just buy an expensive board that has all the features already and no modding required!

Well,, this is Dissapointing News..If anyone does find a Working Bios Mod,, Please,, post it here, and I will do the Same. Win.7 seems to be pretty stable at the moment ..I`ve got the Ultimate 64bit flavour installed at the moment..I`m sort of curious what the problem actually is ..I suppose eventually we`ll find out.. Thanks for your efforts..I`ll be watching ,and looking for a working "Fix"..Maybe someone with fresh ideas will stumble on to this thread, and share a few thoughts on the matter with us..In the mean time,, Have a good day Everybody

All AM2+ CPUs with up to 140W TDP -> all of them
4 DIMM slots of DDR2 1066
PCIe 2.0 x16 and one PCIe x1, two PCI
6 SATA ports and eSATA
12 USB2 ports
Good enough video card with D-Sub, DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort
Gigabit Ethernet
8-Channel High Definition Audio
Firewire
I'd say it does have everything I'll ever need! It's just the crappy ASUS AMI BIOS. If that's what I can expect from ASUS, I'm not buying their motherboards anymore. Hopefully someone figures out that ASUS problem soon.
