Asus P5L-MX support for 45-nm CPU

I have a Pentium E5700 and would like it to be recognized by the bios. I'm getting the uCode error on start up, but works fine after that, except I have to shutdown manually. Here is the link to the latest Bios https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/P5L...Desk_BIOS/ . Help me please.

Post screenshots of first (CPU) & third (Mainboard) tabs of CPU-Z with your E5700.
Make a photo of the screen with uCode error.

I flash microcode in bios ami. Used mmtool. And ucode Error disappeared. But PC can't shutdown about start menu and power button. Hard drive off but coolers work.
