BIOS UNLOCK - Acer Predator Helios 300 8750h - an515-52-70GN

Hi.
I have bought NTB with almost top of range CPU but I really need to dump W10 and install W7. (resurrecting bulletproof apps like Cisco VPN every couple of days with reinstall and regedit tweaks really isn't an option for me)

I've picked Acer because of value/money and somewhat solid construction (in comparison with Lenovo or entry-level Dell construction).

But the BIOS settings are so crippled it would only fit noobs with entry-level $300-400 Lenovo.
Fellas in Acer are insane to put such crippled BIOS options to Notebook with 6 cores and VT-d (imagine running VMware with various distro's of Linux having virtualization capability of VT-direct I/O but not having ability to run HW in compatibility mode when most of HW does have OPROM).
I've wasted 3 days trying to run UEFI Windows 7 install with NVMe and USB3.0 drivers included without any success (crashing at disk.sys load)
 

Please advice a SW to dump a BIOS (current one is 1.09 and Insydeh20 is rev. 5.0) and when I upload it, please unlock the advanced settings (I need )

And sure, that must be some kind of error when you're promoting Universal bios backup tools 2.1 (when 2.0 is latest version) and really containing version 1.2
And sure it's Defender error, ........... and AVG error, and AVIRA error, and AVAST error, and Kaspersky error, and Panda error, and McAfee error, and AdAware error, and TrendMicro error, and ZoneAlarm error .... and list goes on and on.
