Bios and SSD hard disk

Hello friends
I have problem. I buy SSD HDD and this dont work corectly with my mobo. I need alow ACHI mode in bios but i cant find this option in my Bios. Do I need update Bios? Or somebody will point me how to enable this in my curent Bios? If I update Bios then ACHI mode will work? What version of Bios?

mobo: XFX nForce 680i LT SLI
curent Bios: Phoenix - Award Bios CMOS V6.00PG 1984-2003
HDD SSD Samsung 840 EVO (ACHI mode)
Intel Core2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.40GHz
NVIDIA® GeForce® 8800 GT

This is recomended Bios.
