Hi I want to upgrade my CPU from my current AMD Phenom 9150e 1.8GHz Quad Core

To AMD Phenom II X4 850 Sk AM3 3.3Ghz

And my current CPU is AM2+ and I believe AM3 cpus support AM2+ right?
