DELL 3542 wireless card whitelist

It's very strange as You used same Wifi Card liket that user and get same issue about
wireless and while He solved using that solution then for You It's not good !
Something wrong on your laptop !
The issue is on Drivers and I looked for this situation on many Dell pc using same Card !
