Have You flashed from Pure Dos using an USB Stick ?
Error 28 is bypassable by prr.exe and It say Press ENTER key to continue
Then if all is gone well write PASSED !
If You got Error 28 again then Eeprom is Write Protected and You need
an HW SPI Programmer to rewrite Bios Mod !
Regards

even if i run prr.exe and flash.bat after it gives me an error.
prr2.exe is same for me with awesome text: can't disable write protection
p.s. may be you will need bios from dell website:http://rghost.ru/8JSN6LZqR

You have to try to Downgrade if You can and then redo the result file to see
Eeprom Status !
Problem is not to modify but to rewrite Bios Mod as I have done the mod but
your Eeprom is Write Protect !
