Hello,

Hope this is in the right section. I think it is.

I don't know with certainty that an option ROM accomplishes this but Dell disabled legacy boot from internal optical drives and I would like that back if possible.

Latest BIOS is version 2.20.0 dated 10 Mar 2023 and is located here (just found out about this and haven't updated BIOS yet):

ACPI tables were created from previous BIOS version 2.19.0 dated 10 Jan 2023 and are attached to this post.
