EVGA BIOS (Intel ROM)?

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone can tell me - or direct me to a walkthrough on how to upgrade my BIOS's Intel ROM to the latest one (I currently find the upgraded versions from Station Drivers, if that's okay to do so).

I've been searching for a long time, and I can't find valid way to do it, can anybody be kind enough to help me out - so I can also do it again in the future?
