Emachines D730 crisis bios recovery

Hello anyone know how i can make a crsis recovery USB for the emachines D730 y tested with phoenix crisis recovery recplacing the BIOS.WPH file with the WPH file that i downloaded from emachines website.

Then i put de USB on the laptop and I press FN+ESC then i plug in the AC and push the power button the laptop stay on in black screen and the fan at maximum speed the USB led flashes sometimes but then stop flashing and the laptop still not working.

Can someone can tell me what i'm doing wrong?
