Modbin corrupts this BIOS so I am not quite sure how to enable RAID... Sorry.
Edit: Manually enabled the option with a hex editor, so here it is with Intel Matrix RAID 11. Untested, use at your own risk.

Feel free to use/link/host any BIOS I post, no credit necessary. However, this is at your own risk and I take no responsibility. Always keep a backup of a known-good BIOS. Don't flash a motherboard if you don't have a backup computer just in case.

Always use RAID mode. RAIDFix

Thanks for your effort and help.
Thank YOU very much!

P.S. No worries if untested or if i fail on this bios. This board have dual bios.

Those old P45 boards had a lot more to offer than people thought!

Dansolo this mBios did not work. It did brick my board. But my board okay again right now back to normal

If possible disregard ulocking Raid and make me another mBios. Just update the Update Marvell O-ROM to 1.1.0.L75 If it have i don't know if it is using Marvell or Jmicron and if is has a Intel O-Rom please update it to v11.0.0.1124

Thanks in advance

Your Chipset (ICH10) does NOT support RAID.
