Gigabyte GA-870A-UD3 (rev. 2.1): support for am3+
#1
Just joined here but would it be possible for anyone to put in support for am3+ cpu's on the rev 2,1 of the gigabyte 870a ud3 ?
the file seems to be linked already.

(kinda offtopic from here on)
(The mobo handles phenom II x6 at 4,0 ghz so it has more then enough power to support the fx 8350 for example)
(kinda want to upgrade from my cpu to a newer one without putting in too much cash before summer starts looking at either fx 6300 or fx 8320 where my current budget ends (student with no spare time for work atm.)
(Rc vehicles as hobby during the summer mostly so that is a black hole aswell to keep those things running heh)

Not sure if i should do a request on this so i just replied here heh.
currently sitting with a phenom II x4 955 (125w version) at 3,8 ghz and need some more power but cpu doesnt want to go higher then 3,8 unless voltage goes to 1,5 and it goes a bit warm for that extra 200 mhz.
