HELP T7200 CPU SUPPORT ON COMPAQ PRESARIO V5000

can anybody help my out with phoenix bios for Compaq Presario V5000?
 
I buy T7200 for this socket M. When i replace it - notebook not run at all.
 
Last Bios for Presario V5000: F24

I see 430199-001 motherboard on your pictures.
It has 940GML without support dual core CPU.
Maximum CPU this motherboard can use is Core Solo T1350.

Only motherboard replacement. Compatible motherboard 430198-001 has 945GM, so it can boot your T7200.
