Help with RW Everything tool

I was able to use that code to create a .rw file which can load into rw.exe, however it didn't actually create a .bat file. The button in the CMD line said create .bat file but it just creates .rw files which cannot be automatically ran. This is my attempt at creating a .bat file to open rw.exe and run the commands:
start Rw.exe
SMBUS Read Byte 0xD2 2 2 .
Local0=0xC3
SMBUS Write Byte 0xD2 2 2

However it doesn't seem like rw.exe is responding to the codes.

I was able to get it working with a /command function in my bat file
