I already read DeathBringer, but at least I would like to give it a quick try. would you kindly made those patched bios available for me?, you mentioned that your Dell Optiplex can run Xeon without problem and it has a Q35. I would like to give it a quick try.

I'm trying to upgrade HP dc7800 ultra-slim desktop with QuadCore Q9505 (without S) CPU. I updated BIOS (to 1.32) and ME (to 3.2.20), cleared CMOS, but nothing helps. Every time I press power button I get 2 short speaker beeps in loop.
I checked microcodes list for my bios, here it is:

I find information about work X3363 in dc7800 on old firmwares: 1.04-1.26
From 1.27 Xeons blocked. From 1.32 downgrade blocked. AHCI appears only in v1.35

Who unlock xeon and signature check in v1.35 bios ?

First of all please forgive me for my ugly english

I also have DC7800 and X3363 771 processor. 
I confirm info from agansk.ru this cpu is work with bios which has vesion v1.04 - v1.26. So i received dc7800 with bios 1.04, it worked with x3363.

After that i updated bios to v1.26, it works too. But on both versions (1.04 and 1.26) there was an error: "Microcode update error" while pc is starting or after reboot. And i should confirm boot every starting pc or after reboot by F1 pressing.

Actually it's not a big problem, but there is one more hardware bug, cpu fan's speed is maximum and noise is very huge, it makes me angry.

Finally my main question is: is it possible to integrate microcode of x3363 into bios? 
As far as i understand you exactly did it somehow. But when i tried to open bios image 7F1_0126.bin in hex editor (HxD was used) i saw unreadable data, so i could not found appropriate string or place where i can add x3363 code.

Will be grateful for your answer, thanks in advance!

Try this way:
1. Download this file and extract all files into bootable USB stick with DOS.
2. Boot from USB stick with DOS and run FlashBin.exe.

So we have working configuration for HP DC7800 and Intel Xeon X3363:
Bios version is v1.26
Your patch (i guess it's microcode version) v1.23

If somebody have questions how to upgrade a bios on dc7800 etc i will glad to answer.
