Lenovo ThinkPad E535 Model: 3260FEG Bios Unlock request

Hey there

My laptop : Lenovo ThinkPad E535 Model : 3260FEG
CPU : AMD A-Series A4-4300M processor
GPU : AMD 7420G (integrated) + AMD7600M (dedicated)

fan speed contorted by Bios and there is no speed control by third-party app or Bios
for example CPU running at 2.5 Ghz after a while because of the high temperature freq. will be reduced to 900MHz
so there is lots of lags in games after 10 minute gaming ! ( fan does not work at 100% speed !! it remain in 50% at the maximum!) 
It s really annoying Please help me out

I am wondering if U guys could unlock the hidden menu or at least fan speed control (set it to maximum) 

I made a back up with Universal Bios Backup tool v2  (It .ROM file) and upload it down below 
  LENOVO-HHET92WW(2.52).rar (Size: 2.14 MB / Downloads: 0)

As i said before, you need hardware tools to flash back mod.
Is it UEFI Phoenix bios?i cannot help you if it is old Phoenix.

Its for 2015
It cant be flashed with PHLASH16 from boot?
