Lenovo Thinkpad L420 3rd party battery support.. whitelist removal

Hello everyone ..

I have 3rd party battery for Lenovo Thinkpad L420 that is not working on my Laptop, first at the boot time it shows Warning Message:

"This system does not support batteries that are not genuine Lenovo-made or authorized. This system will continue to boot, but may not charge unauthorized batteries.
WARNING: Lenovo has no responsibility for the performance or

safety of unauthorized batteries, and provides no warranties for failures or damage arising out of their use.

Press the ESC key to continue." 

then on windows it show 99% available (plugged in, not charging)...

I want bios mod for 3rd party battery whitelist removal.

Also if anyone have bios mod with advance menu option with full control over bios for Lenovo Thinkpad L420, then please share the link..
