BUT 1 BIG PROBLEM PLEASE HELP.I HAVE DDR2 400MHZ RAM - NOW ONLY 3 SPEEDS TO CHOOSE FROM ??? COMP SAYS DDR2 533MHZ ????

HOW DO IFIX, TRIED AUTO, OTHER SPEEDS, STILL SAYS 533MHZ NOT 400, ALSO RAISED VDIMM 1.8 TO 1.9 WONT HOLD SETTING, PLEASE HELP WITH RAM??? TIMINGS ALL WRONG SAYS T2 ALSO ???

There should be four dividers like all of us have 400/533/667/800. You won't be able to raise voltages if your clock isn't stable. I'll look at the mod we posted, but I would undo your overclock, reset CMOS, and see if you can get your RAM down to 400. Clearing CMOS should do that, but I'll post a Wiki later today for all these boards with advice

(also, if you only have DDR2 400, its time to pickup som G.SKILL pc6400s @ 800mhz which will make everything a LOT faster and more stable)

The BIOS does not have a manual setting to edit, so I'm going to have to do some research why 400 isn't showing up for you.

also what should i do now??? should i set auto ???? or try 2 clock my memory as it is???? running at jedec 1200mhz??? jedec 2+3 266.7mhz ???

Set it to auto and then when the PC boots up see if it shows up as the value you want. I'm pretty sure in this BIOS you can't set the individual timings, give me time to check it all out.

Timings can be set if you press ctrl f1, which enables many additional DRAM timings. Still, 533mhz is being set instead of 400

NEW Bios or MCP61??? ok got foxconn bios flashed good, its from foxconn for boards mcp61,lots and i mean lots of options are already unlocked, ONE problem though, i dont understand them. LOL

same options as your abit bios but with ddr2 400 and also:

VTT VOLTAGE SELECT 1.20 - 1.30V

CHIPSET V-DUAL SET
1.20 - 1.50V

VCORE VOLTAGE SELECT
FROM MINUSES TO 0.325

AND CHIPSET VCORE SELECT
1.225 - 1.375

What are these and can i overclock good with this bios???? i will attach original bios here also, has id,vid, htt, and all that also, and voltageas norm. and mem timings and stuff like abit.

Hello, i found this computer with this motherboard, i upgraded it to Windows 10 and add a HD5450 GPU.
I tryed to overclock it a bit, but i can't flash the new bios. Tryed with http://bios-mods.com/dropbox/TheWiz/abit_unlocked.bin by flashing with ms dos but i give a error, same with graphical phoenix WinPhlash, other bios roms were hosted in rapidshare that now is down. The error is "Corrupted interface descriptors in the new BIOS file. Part table signature not found in this interface. error code -161.
Could anyone help me?
