Need UEFI/BIOS 4.00 SLIC 2.3 or 2.1 for ASRock X79 Extreme9

Please help me with adding slic 2.3 or 2.1 to latest UEFI/BIOS 4.00 for ASRock X79 Extreme9.

-Manufacturer: ASRock
-Motherboard Model: X79 Extreme9
-Bios revision: 4.00 (Latest UEFI/BIOS for "Instant Flash" tool built-in BIOS) 
-Bios Type: AMI 64Mb UEFI Legal BIOS with GUI support
-Slic: Dell/HP or some slic 2.3 or 2.1
-Bios Download page: All type
-Direct Bios Download Link: Instant Flash

I need a bios mod for my ECS x79 motherboard so I can use newer video cards and pcie ssd. They haven't update their bios since 2012.  It seem any video card made after that date will not be recognized by the bios.
Would this be possible?

Hello friends i need your help too i have intel dx79t0 mobo can you please make a modded bios so i can boot from pcie?   i have a samsung pm 961 nvme with pcie controler i can see it and use it in win 8 but  bios dont support 1 boot fromm pcie. 2 nvme drives. thanks in advance for your time
