Promise SATA150 TX2 Plus

HI,

The reason to do this is to allow HD's greater than 1TB.

This is the same board as the Maxtor Sata 150 which has an old bios, no new ones are available.

The bios for the promise is here: http://firstweb.promise.com/support/file...0.0.33.zip

If I try to flash this bios -- I get an error that this is not the correct bios.

Is it possible to mod this so that this will allow the Maxtor card to be flashed?
